The annual Pulse of the Fashion Industry report provides an in-depth assessment of the fashion industry’s environmental and social performance as well as guidance on how brands can improve their sustainability performance. The report is co-authored together with the Boston Consulting Group and based on Higg data from the Sustainable Apparel Coalition.
The CEO Agenda is an annual guide to what every CEO in fashion needs to prioritise to future-proof their company. Outlining the seven priorities that should be top of mind for any CEO in fashion right now, the CEO Agendaprovides guidance on how to move from words to action.
The 2020 Circular Fashion System Commitment is a joint industry initiative on circularity. The commitment has since its launch at Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2017 been signed by a vast number of fashion companies, who are currently working to implement circular practices by 2020.
Our flagship event Copenhagen Fashion Summit has established itself as the world’s leading business event on sustainability in fashion. Convening major fashion industry decision makers, the multi-stakeholder event has become the nexus for agenda-setting discussions on the most critical environmental, social and ethical issues facing our industry and planet. A two-day event with side-events spanning over a full week of activities, the Summit is a fashion-first event, translating the sustainability agenda to a wider fashion context, making it relevant and inspirational for a broader audience.
Youth Fashion Summit is a sustainability education programme and idea generation platform for students engaged in sustainability and fashion – it is the voice of the next generation. The mission of the programme is to give students the opportunity to influence the decisions made today for a better tomorrow.
Through our masterclasses, which travel from city to city, we engage with local industry stakeholders and spread the insights from our publications, the CEO Agenda and the Pulse of the Fashion Industry report, to our different target groups – brands, retailers, media, influencers and policy makers.
Innovation Forum is a curated exhibition area at Copenhagen Fashion Summit presenting the fashion industry with some of the world’s most promising solution providers. Innovation Forum covers the entire supply chain – from innovative fabrics to green packaging solutions – and thereby gives the visiting fashion companies the opportunity to turn words to action by meeting solutions face to face at the Summit.
Governments are increasingly zooming in on the fashion industry for regulatory intervention. Through policy engagement, Global Fashion Agenda proactively advocates for supportive measures that reinforce sustainability targets and incentivise necessary change.
