What is CFS+?
CFS+ is the digital edition of Copenhagen Fashion Summit and will take place on 7-8 October 2021.
CFS+ will be presented via an all-in-one online platform that is designed to not only stream content, but to foster collaboration. Participants will experience a hybrid of pre-produced content and live sessions. Meanwhile, unique networking functions such as automatic ‘meeting roulettes’, and one-to-one meeting and messaging functions will enable industry players to connect directly with one another to discuss key sustainability topics, share knowledge and drive action.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the digital Innovation Forum, in which they can connect and meet with over 40 of the world’s leading solution providers that can drive brands to become more responsible.
The digital experience of CFS+ was first launched in 2020 amidst the challenges imposed by COVID-19. Over 8000 people tuned in live to hear the latest views and engaging dialogues from industry experts, and the content reached over four million people on social media.

This year’s theme of ‘Prosperity vs. Growth’ is an evolution of last year’s focus, ‘Redesigning Value’, and will challenge the current fashion system even further by addressing a range of adjacent topics to drive bold dialogues.

How do I register for CFS+?
To register for CFS+ you need to buy a ticket. When purchasing the ticket, you will have the option to buy as a private customer (B2C) or as a company (B2B). Secure your ticket here.
You can only buy one ticket at a time online, but if you wish to purchase 10+ tickets, please reach out to email@example.com providing information on: contact person, email, company name, company address and VAT number (EU and DK businesses only).

How do I receive my ticket?
When you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice as proof of purchase. In September 2021, we will send you an email with a direct link to enter the event platform and to start creating your networking profile.
How much is a ticket for CFS+?
Tickets for CFS+ 2021 are available to purchase now at a cost of €199.
I have purchased a ticked but didn’t receive a confirmation email, where can I find it?
If you did not receive a confirmation email regarding your invoice, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there then please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am no longer able to attend CFS+, what do I do?
If you have already purchased a ticket but are unable to attend on the 7+8 October, you will still have access to all video content for three months after the event.
Which payment options are available?
We accept all credit/debit cards. All communication between you and Global Fashion Agenda is encrypted.
Do I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?
An invoice will be sent to you by email after purchasing the ticket. Please remember to include your tax number if you are buying as a company within the EU.
How do I get a VAT refund inside the EU?
According to Danish law, VAT (25%) has to be included in the total purchase price if you are purchasing as an individual. However, if you are purchasing as a company established in the EU the VAT (25%) will be removed from the purchase price when entering a valid tax number. In these cases, reverse charge applies.
How do I get a VAT refund outside the EU?
According to Danish law, VAT (25%) has to be included in the total purchase price if you are purchasing as an individual. However, if you are purchasing as a company established outside the EU, the VAT (25%) will be removed when selecting your country while purchasing a ticket.
Can I get my ticket refunded?
Registrations for CFS+ are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Can I transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes?
It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:
Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
All professional business sales or other transfers of tickets, irrespective of the price
If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda will cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1,000.00 per ticket.
